It’s six o’clock at NRCG Ballina on Thursday 24 November 2016, opening night for the exhibition, we would like to say how truly grateful we are to each and everyone of you dear friends, family, partners, colleagues, carers and art lovers for coming along and sharing the night with us.
Thanks to Director Lee Mather’s for guiding us and mentoring us during the last eighteen months of professional development and thanks to Ballina Mayor David Wright for your kind and thoughtful words about the projects and for the heartfelt acknowledgement to country from all of us and the staff and volunteers at NRCG Ballina: “we respectfully acknowledge the past and present Bundjalung Elders of the Ballina Shire area and pays our respects to their descendants as the traditional custodians of this land.”
